The Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts warmly welcomes Kharkiv residents and guests of the city to celebrate the arrival of spring!

Spring is a season of awakening, a gentle breath of renewal as the world blooms in colour and light. The “PRIMAVERA” exhibition, dedicated to the beauty of spring, has been on display at the Yaroslava Mudroho Metro Station since early March.

In the artists’ paintings, the image of Woman comes to life as a symbol of spring, embodying its harmony, beauty, and the continuation of life. Looking at these works, it feels as if spring itself speaks to us, echoing the words of the great Ukrainian poet Lesya Ukrainka, who once wrote about listening to spring as it whispered its many stories.

We invite you to experience this poetry of colour and light and enjoy the remarkable paintings of Kharkiv artists.
