The building was constructed in 1975. It is a 5-story block-type brick building with a capacity of 339 beds.

Currently, 232 residents live in the dormitory. The accommodation fees per bed (as of January 1, 2021) are as follows:

1. For students funded by the state and self-funded students – UAH 520,00 per month. The calculated cost of accommodation is UAH 885,00 per month.
2. For students (including international students) in improved block-type rooms (upon application and approval) – UAH 885,00 per bed per month.
   – Double room (12 m²) – UAH 1770,00 per month.
   – Triple room (18 m²) – UAH 2655,00 per month.

3. For PhD students and Academy staff in block-type rooms – UAH 885,00 per bed per month.

The condition of the building is satisfactory for student accommodation and fully complies with all fire safety regulations. Regular health, safety, and hygiene inspections are conducted, including routine pest control and disinfection.

Each floor is equipped with kitchen facilities with gas stoves. A contract is in place for the safe operation of the dormitory’s gas equipment.

The blocks are equipped with bathrooms. The dormitory also has shower rooms (separate for men and women). Living rooms are furnished with beds, wardrobes, bedding and Internet access.

Currently, there are 109 vacant beds available in the dormitory.
