INTERACTIVE LECTURE “HOW TO CREATE A SHOT THAT TELLS A STORY” HELD AT THE JUNIOR ACADEMY OF DESIGN AND ARTS

On March 19, 2026, Olha Musiienko, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Photography and Visual Practices at KSADA, conducted an engaging interactive online lecture “How to Create a Shot That Tells a Story” as part of the Junior Academy of Design and Arts programme. The event attracted over 90 participants — students, aspiring photographers, and visual storytelling enthusiasts.

During the lecture, participants explored the principles of building a visual narrative, mastering compositional techniques, and working with light, detail, and context. The session went beyond theory: attendees created their own original photographs and shared them during the event. The interactive format encouraged lively discussion, analysis of works, and immediate feedback, turning the lecture into a genuine creative experience.
