The Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts sincerely congratulates all Ukrainians on the Constitution Day of Ukraine!
This year, we celebrate a special anniversary — 30 years since the adoption of the Constitution of Ukraine.
On June 28, 1996, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Fundamental Law, which became a historic milestone in the establishment and consolidation of our statehood.
The Constitution of Ukraine has deep historical roots. Back in 1710, Hetman Pylyp Orlyk drafted “The Treaties and Resolutions of the Rights and Freedoms of the Zaporozhian Host” — a document widely regarded as one of the first European constitutions. This enduring tradition of striving for freedom has become one of the spiritual foundations of our nation.
Today, Ukraine continues to fight for its right to freedom and independence, defending democratic values and liberty under the most challenging conditions of war.
The Constitution provides the foundation for educating new generations of artists and designers who shape modern Ukraine and strengthen its cultural resilience. It guarantees that freedom of creativity, culture, and education remain an integral part of our society.
We wish everyone peace, unity, and faith in a bright future.
Happy Constitution Day, dear Ukrainians!
