BACHELOR’S DIPLOMA PROJECTS DEFENCES CONTINUE AT KSADA

On June 22–23, 2026, the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts hosted successful in-person defences of bachelor’s diploma projects by students of the educational programmes “Graphic Design” and “Multimedia Design“.

This year’s graduation projects were distinguished by a strong analytical approach, a high level of visual communication culture, and relevant thematic focus. Notably, many projects also addressed socially significant issues: students explored mental health awareness, developed support projects for the State Emergency Service of Ukraine rescuers, and documented the Academy’s life during wartime — topics that are especially relevant and important today.

The Chairman of the Examination Commission and Rector of the Academy, Oleksandr SOBOLIEV, emphasised how meaningful it was to engage with students in person and feel their creative energy, noting: “We saw mature and comprehensive projects, many of which have the clear potential to develop into real-world startups“.

In closing, the Rector warmly congratulated the graduates, wishing them inspiration, courage, and confidence in their abilities. This day marked a major milestone — the beginning of a professional journey for a new generation of designers.
