KSADA: A SPACE OF SUPPORT, TRUST, AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES

As part of the National Accessibility Week, the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts has approved the Workplace Psychosocial Support Policy — an important step towards creating a safe, open and supportive educational environment. The document was adopted by the Conference of the Labour Collective on May 27, 2026.

The Policy provides for:

  • support for the mental and physical well-being of staff members and students;
  • prevention of discrimination, mobbing, harassment and stigmatisation;
  • fostering a culture of mutual respect, care and support;
  • creation of conditions for psychological recovery and professional resilience during wartime.

At KSADA, we firmly believe that accessibility begins with respect for a person’s dignity, needs, and the right to be heard.
