The Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts sincerely congratulates all fellow Ukrainians on the Day of Ukrainian Statehood, celebrated on July 15.
This national holiday reminds us of the thousand-year history of our state — from Kyivan Rus and Grand Prince Volodymyr the Great to modern independent Ukraine. On this day, we honour the origins of our culture, education, and spirituality, which laid the foundations of the Ukrainian state.
For the fifth consecutive year, Ukraine has been courageously fighting for its statehood against Russian aggression. This struggle is a continuation of our historical mission: to defend freedom, independence, and the right to determine our own future on our own land.
For our Academy, statehood is not only a matter of historical memory but also a space for creative freedom and the development of education and culture. It is through these values that we nurture new generations of artists who shape modern Ukraine and strengthen its spiritual resilience, even under the most challenging conditions.
May this day be a symbol of unity, resilience, and faith in the future. We wish everyone peaceful skies overhead, inspiration, and inexhaustible energy to write new chapters of Ukrainian history.
Happy Statehood Day, dear Ukrainians!
