On April 30, 2026, the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts hosted a meeting between the Academy’s staff and representatives of the North-Eastern Interregional Department of the State Labour Service of Ukraine. The event was dedicated to World Day for Safety and Health at Work and held under the slogan “Ensuring a Healthy Psychological Work Environment”.

The speaker was Serhii NEHODOV, Head of the Labour Department for the South-Eastern Region of the Inspection Activity Directorate in the Kharkiv Oblast. In his speech, he emphasised that psychological comfort in the workplace is not only about a positive atmosphere but also a key factor in ensuring safety and high productivity. The meeting also addressed practical steps for creating a healthy work environment and supporting the mental and psychological health of employees.

Special attention was given to the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On the Mental Health System in Ukraine”, which highlights the importance of creating conditions for employees’ development, safety, and support.

In today’s challenging environment, unity and mutual support are especially important, as they help overcome the difficulties of our time. As noted during the meeting: “We are together, and together we are strong”.

The event was held in a warm, friendly atmosphere. The Academy staff expressed their gratitude to the representatives of the State Labour Service for an informative dialogue and continued support.
