Back in 1710, Hetman Pylyp Orlyk drafted &#8220;The Treaties and Resolutions of the Rights and Freedoms of the Zaporozhian Host&#8221; \u2014 a document widely regarded as one of the first European constitutions. This enduring tradition of striving for freedom has become one of the spiritual foundations of our nation.<\/p>\n<p>Today, Ukraine continues to fight for its right to freedom and independence, defending democratic values and liberty under the most challenging conditions of war.<\/p>\n<p>The Constitution provides the foundation for educating new generations of artists and designers who shape modern Ukraine and strengthen its cultural resilience.
