{"id":73549,"date":"2026-06-11T14:45:54","date_gmt":"2026-06-11T11:45:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ksada.org\/harkiv-zhyve-ta-znimaye\/"},"modified":"2026-06-13T10:55:42","modified_gmt":"2026-06-13T07:55:42","slug":"harkiv-zhyve-ta-znimaye","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ksada.org\/en\/harkiv-zhyve-ta-znimaye\/","title":{"rendered":"KHARKIV LIVES AND\u2026 KEEPS FILMING!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--StartFragment--><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>KHARKIV LIVES AND\u2026 KEEPS FILMING!<\/b><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>FACULTY OF AUDIOVISUAL ARTS AND MEDIA TECHNOLOGIES ORGANISES <\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><b>AN EVENT IN SUPPORT OF KHARKIV ARTISTS<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On<\/span><b> June 9, 2026, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the<\/span><b> Faculty of Audiovisual Arts and Media Technologies <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of the<\/span><b> Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, together with the &#8220;<\/span><b>Cosmofilm<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8221; Film Club and with the information support of Radio &#8220;<\/span><b>Nakypilo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8221; and the media outlet &#8220;<\/span><b>Lyuk<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;, held the second edition of &#8220;<\/span><b>KHARKIV LIVES AND\u2026 KEEPS FILMING<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;, an event dedicated to supporting local audiovisual artists.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This year, the event took place in the safe and welcoming space of the &#8220;<\/span><b>Pentagon<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8221; Art Club, located in one of Kharkiv\u2019s historic districts. The warm atmosphere throughout the event was created by moderator <\/span><b>Andrii TERENTIEV<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (founder of the &#8220;Cosmofilm&#8221; Film Club), together with welcoming speeches from First Vice-Rector of KSADA <\/span><b>Maryna TOKAR<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and Dean of the Faculty of Audiovisual Arts and Media Technologies <\/span><b>Hanna KURINNA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>programme <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">featured:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>video works by young authors<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the categories of &#8220;Abstract Video: Video Art&#8221; and &#8220;Story-Driven Video&#8221;;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>the &#8220;INDUSTRIALISM&#8221; photography project<\/b> <b>by Solomiia MISHCHENKO<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, photographer and lecturer at KSADA;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a postcard collection from the &#8220;<\/span><b>Frame of the Week<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8221; project presenting the first creative works by first-year students (supervised by <\/span><b>Anna PYSANENKO<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">an <\/span><b>award ceremony<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for the winners of the All-Ukrainian Audiovisual Arts Competition &#8220;<\/span><b>ETERIA<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8221; organised by KSADA.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">One of the highlights of the event was a <\/span><b>networking session<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with Kharkiv audiovisual arts professionals, featuring <\/span><b>Olesia LABIK<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, founder and director of &#8220;Cinemuse Films&#8221;, commercial cinematographer <\/span><b>Serhii KOVALOV<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and documentary filmmaker <\/span><b>Andrii TERENTIEV<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The programme also included <\/span><b>live performances by<\/b> <b>Kharkiv musicians Lefor, Kateryna Kvitka, and Oleksii Zakharov<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Kharkiv Lives and\u2026 Keeps Filming&#8221; is gradually becoming a tradition.
