The format was open and accessible, with minimal theory and a strong emphasis on practical insights. It became a space for dialogue, where participants actively joined the discussion and asked questions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the session, the speaker and participants explored key aspects of personal growth. Discussions focused on discovering one\u2019s uniqueness and strengths without imitating others, forming effective habits to achieve results, and overcoming &#8220;toxic comparison&#8221; to build self-confidence.
