The pro-rector on educative work professor Rybin Sergey Vasil'evich He was born in 1952 in Simferopol (Crimea). He is educated in the Crimean M.S.Samokish art school (1972), the Kharkov art - industrial institute, faculty " the Interior and the equipment " (1977). He was the assistant, then the senior teacher of faculty of Figure (1979-1985). He was managing faculty of Figure, the senior lecturer (1986-1996). From 1998 - he works on a post of the professor of faculty of Figure, глава Методического совета академии. From 1996 - he is the pro-rector on educative work, the first pro-rector. He is the author over 100 creative works and projects, and also over 60 educational and methodical development and scientific publications. He has branch mark " the honours Pupil of education of Ukraine ". He is member of the Ukraine Union of designers (from 1993).
